AI Limitations

Our AI-powered features are designed to assist with customer support but may not always provide accurate or complete responses. You acknowledge that AI responses should be reviewed and that Help Grid is not liable for any errors in AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELP GRID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Help Grid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
